MTB has become one of my greatest passions in recent years as a substitute for Motocross. I find a fast descend on a technical, rocky trails more to my liking as the effort needed to bring my ass to the top of the hill. However, I love how both speed up my heart rate.
Currently my weapon of choice is Specialized Turbo Kenevo SL, a light e-Mtb enduro 29er.
However, I still like to remember shredding days with 2019 enduro masterpiece YT Capra (in the picture) in fire red, with good old 27,5" wheels and powerded by cracklings (ocvirki).
If you want to see how this thing flies down the trail, give me a shout - I'd be more than happy to go on a ride with you or shred some laps at bikepark!
Growing up near Pohorje, skiing was always on the menu during the winter. From clumsy beginings at a local orchard, wild jumps at local motocross track later on (with legendary Elan RC4 "spears") to skiing from 3000m+ high peaks in Austria and Switzerland.Â
While Elan RC4s were epic, carving on their modern Amphibio skis is much more fun.
As with MTB, I'm always happy to spend the day on slopes in a good company.
Tried snowboarding too. Didn't like it.
Lego and Star Wars. Lego and Space. Lego and trains. Lego and ... you get the picture. I just love the bricks, and the fun that comes with puting together the pieces (and also disasembling them).
Building Legos, my recently re-discovered passion. Most credits for that goes to my kids who are also on a path to become huge fans.
"My precious" is a set #92176 tributing Nasa's Apollo space program, originaly desiged by two Lego fans. The set is a 100cm tall Saturn V rocket made from 1969 pieces (yes, to honor Apollo 11 launch in 1969). I've mounted it on a wall on self-made frame, including LED ligts and smoke to resemble the launch of the rocket.
