I've joined iTehLab in June 2010 as an Intern. I was a complete noob in the IT game, without any expectations, long term plans and of course business knowledge.
A decade later that gig resulted in countless success stories, and defined my career. During my time at iTehLab, I've leared a lot. Not just about the IT, Information Security but also about how business runs, how product is born (and dies) and tons of other things.

2018 - 2020
Lead Product Manager & IT consultant | Cloud Solutions
Core responsibilities:
Owning company's cloud-based managed services & products.
Providing expertise and ensuring roadmap execution to stakeholders.
Leading and mentoring project work and customer support teams.
Duties and achievements:
Modern Workplace Implementation & Management:
· Implemented and managed "Modern Workplace" solutions for multiple clients, focused on services like Teams, Unified Endpoint Management (Intune), Virtual Desktops, Sharepoint Online, Power Automate, Conditional Access and other security focused solution.
End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management:
· Successfully launched a suite of innovative, scalable, and secure solutions and managed services packages for a diverse customer base.
· Led and executed the entire lifecycle of the company's cloud-based products.
Information System Renovations and Optimisation:
· Advising IS upgrades to existing and prospect clients based on identified issues, possibilities, limitations and requirements (e.g. ISO27001), providing complete renovation documentation and roadmap.
· Spearheading projects to completion & leading a project work team (10+ projects).
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
· Cultivated strong relationships with key partners and suppliers, fostering seamless collaboration that delivered significant value to both the organisation and its customers.
Leadership and Mentorship:
· Directed and mentored colleagues in the helpdesk (L1) and second-level customer support (L2), elevating their skills and performance to enhance overall service quality.

Managing numerous ISO 27001 compliant IT environments (cloud, hybrid and fully on-premise), including companies from the financial, pharmaceutical and education sector.
Coordinating work between the helpdesk and second-level customer support.
